Your privacy is non-negotiable
PSLN protects candidate identity by default. Agencies do not see a candidate's name, photo, current agency or department, certification numbers, resume, email, phone number, or exact identifying details unless the candidate approves disclosure to that specific agency.

How we protect you
Anonymous Candidate ID
Every candidate on PSLN operates behind a secure anonymous candidate ID. Your name, photo, current agency or department, certification numbers, and personal contact information are never displayed to browsing agencies. You are identified only by professional path, experience level, certifications, and career interests.
Mutual Interest Gating
Your identity is only disclosed when both you and an agency have independently expressed interest in each other. This two-way verification ensures that no candidate is ever exposed to an agency without their explicit consent — and vice versa.
Layered Privacy Safeguards
PSLN uses layered privacy, authentication, access-control, and audit safeguards designed to protect candidate information. Sensitive candidate information is separated from agency-visible recruiting data and is subject to role-based access controls and candidate-controlled disclosure.
Gated, Audited Identity Access
Your confidential identity data is stored separately from your anonymous profile and is locked by default. PSLN staff cannot access your private identity without passing multi-factor authentication, providing a documented support, legal, or security reason, and generating a permanent audit log entry. Routine administrators never see your name, certification numbers, or contact details.
Data Minimization
We collect only the minimum data necessary to facilitate connections. We do not harvest personal information, track browsing behavior across external sites, or share data with any third parties — ever.
No Employer Notification
PSLN will never contact, notify, or send any communication to your current employer, department, chain of command, or communications center. Your career exploration is yours alone.
The PSLN confidentiality commitment
Your profile is invisible to agencies until mutual interest is confirmed
No data is shared with third parties under any circumstances
Your current employer is never contacted or notified by PSLN
You can delete your profile and all associated data at any time
We do not sell, lease, or monetize candidate data — period
Designed with privacy-first workflows, candidate-controlled identity release, role-based access, consent logging, and agency verification
PSLN does not make hiring decisions, conduct background investigations, verify employment suitability, rank candidates, score candidates, contact current employers, or replace agency hiring processes. PSLN is a confidential pre-application connection platform for public service professionals and agencies.
PSLN is currently in test mode and preparing for independent security and privacy review before broader launch. Designed with privacy-first workflows, candidate-controlled identity release, role-based access, consent logging, audit logging, and agency verification. Agencies must electronically sign the Agency Code of Conduct and Platform Participation Agreement before accessing candidate data.
